Privacy Policy

This policy covers wesign.now and letssign.now, two domains of the same electronic-signature service operated by NC Labs GmbH, Zürich. The service launched as letssign.now; documents, accounts and certificates are shared across both domains. The full policy is under legal review; the commitments below are in force today.

• Documents, signatures and audit events are stored in the region the workspace selects (Switzerland or the EU by default) and encrypted at rest.
• Signer IP addresses are stored masked in the audit trail.
• Unsigned requests expire after 14 days by default; the sender can shorten or extend this, and expired requests are removed.
• We never sell personal data and never disclose the contents of your documents.
